The first Chinese New Year Menu is the Lucky Star Menu, which features elegant dishes such as the Alaska King Crab Stick & Caviar Yee Sang, Roasted Sesame Chicken with Prawn Crackers, and Steamed Red Snapper with Salted Vegetables and Chan Pi.
The second Chinese New Year Menu is the Plentiful Wealth Menu, which features ravishing dishes such as the Salmon & Sweet Pear Yee Sang, Wok Fried White Prawn with Marmite Sauce, and Steamed Sea Grouper Fish Hu Nan Style.
