My friends and I feel awesome when we experienced an unqiue and beautiful dining restaurant that planned by the Minori Restaurant, especially we also welcomed by Dato' Jessie Yow and Master Chef Takahiro on our first time. We also be thankful to Ms Fara, PR executie who help us to introduce ourselves to the media and well-known bloggers! We are very happy when we take photos with Dato' Jessie Yow who is director of Minori Japanese Restaurant since she is friendly lady who understand us so well when we are disability bloggers who dine the special food tasting with them. James, my sign language interpreter joined us so lately.
We always curious about a very rare delicacies, so that is why I want to taste new soul dishes from Japan. I amazed with the modern interior with tradisonal of authentic and unpretentious Japanese dining experience since it is a luxury 5 stars hotel Royal Chulan Damansara! They also "harvest" their creative of seed into the Japanese style food, to make a very beautiful Japanese culinary so it called Minori.

Dare to eat the fish sperm? My friend and I scared but after we tasted it so very delicious. This is my first time to this special dish. It is soft to bite it so different than the normal fish' eggs that I used to eat. It tested us because we are ladies can be brave or not! It's exciting!

The water mochi is known as Japanese rice cake dessert. I learned that the water mochi made from fish bone and fish scales. First, we cut to divide the mochi into the small squares. then we pour the roasted soya bean powder into this mochi...It looks as the most delicate sweet ever created! I think that the water-jelly seems to be popular in Japan now.

Minori Special Yee Sang
Lastly, Japanese-style Yee Sang were served to celebrate Chinese New Year together. The dish comes with seasoned jellyfish, seaweed, radish, pickled leek, cucumber and carrots topped with air-flown salmon and deep-fried salmon skin.

Overall, the meal was enjoyable. The Minori Roll and Cod Fish Sperm are very great, then I would be back for more of that! This special Japanese menu is very nice and simple, but it make us to open a treasure box to explore a creativity dish! The "Omakase" menu picked by the Master Chef Takahiro, mean this highly recommendation for you! If you are Japanese food lover who seek a new experience to dine in the MINORI, but believe me, it is well worth it!
