Depends on your interest, if you want the fast-speeding internet, you can use Wifi+4G connects to fast data networks. eg, you can download movies, browse websites, and stream TV online at blazing-fast speeds. Mean you need to buy data plan from Digi or Celcom or Maxis for 4G internet.
If you use Wifi, use normal speed connection... You can get anywhere which have Wifi spot. Eg, your home got wireless broadband, you can use Wifi to connect home wireless. You also can access internet with normal connection.
If you are very active at Internet everyday, use Wifi + 4G. Haha.
