Many Deaf Japanese Victims already lost their houses in Japan. Now, they are staying at the shelter and need the food, and clothes. If you imagine that you are Deaf, you never heard the sound about the tsunami come to you when you are in home. Deaf community Japan have to depend on themselves and always help each other. I heard that some Deaf victims passed away. Sad.
